The House: Park your vehicles safely inside our gated entry driveway. Keypad on the side of home (next to gate) will grant you access inside. *Please be aware gate opens outward and there is a sign to remind you when you enter driveway.

The main floor includes a spacious living area, including a 65" Smart TV for all your streaming Apps, with ample space for everyone to enjoy comfortably and even play a fun game of foosball. From the living area, walk into the fully equipped kitchen and dining set with complimentary coffee. The master bedroom is also on the main floor featuring a king bed, desk working station, and bathroom en suite with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and bathtub. On the main floor you can also find a half bath and full laundry room with washer and dryer.

The second floor boasts 3 bedrooms, two featuring king beds and one with two full beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, full length floor mirror, memory foam mattresses and plush linens to ensure a good night's rest.

Outside, the fun continues with a dining table for 8 guests, Stainless Steel 4-Burner Gas Grill and patio furniture surrounding a cozy fire pit, perfect for creating fun memories.

Amazing stay

We loved staying at Nick’s home in Memphis. He is an amazing host and very responsive. He answered all of my questions and made sure that we had a great stay! The property is beautiful and we loved the different theme in each room. Will definitely stay at Nick’s property again next time I’m in Memphis.

We loved our stay here! Everything is clean and comfortable, it’s beautifully decorated, and there are lots of nice extras. It’s close to Beale Street. The Memphis Zoo, and other attractions, and located in a nice neighborhood. Nick was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again!
