Great location w/parking, better for small group
Overall we were very happy with this location. It is up near the border with Delaware so it's quieter but still easy to get back down into the heart of OC. The kitchen is well stocked and we loved that there is a wagon for taking stuff to the beach. There were a few small non-urgent maintenance issues when we arrived. I sent the property manager an email instead of calling since it was not urgent. She responded within 24hrs thanking me for the feedback and said she would have maintenance come out when we left (we only stayed two nights). My only significant comment is that the listing says this is for up to 7 people and I strongly disagree. The bedroom is crammed quite tight with a full size bed and a bunk bed with a full size on bottom and a twin up top, and then a full size Murphy bed in the living area. There's no floor space whatsoever in the bedroom for suitcases/bags. The only couch only seats 2 comfortably, 3 if you sit shoulder to shoulder. There are 4 barstools so I guess there's technically seating for 7 inside but that many people would be on top of each other. I'd personally take the bunk beds out of the bedroom. You could still then comfortably sleep 3-4 in the unit. Having to bring your own linens and towels was a bit annoying but I decided I preferred having our own stuff to use. We chose to bring our own comforters and pillows too and I'm glad because it wasn't obvious that the blankets and pillows there are cleaned between stays.
