About this property

Nereida = Mermaid in Latin. It is also the name of my Mother who was the inspiration behind the design of the space. You will find Nereida's plants and art work scattered through out the property inspired by the sea and the ocean and the beautiful palms of Palm Beach. This is a fun casita (Spanish for small house). It is located on a corner, private with excellent neighbors. Style is typical of concrete homes found in Florida with original terrazzo floors. Garden is made beach style with beach sand, palms and grasses with fire pit. We are located within Palm Beach's #1 diving, resort, boating destination. There is a washer and dryer. Carport/ boat/toy parking! Pets are welcome and have their own fenced in potty area. You will find games and children's books, everything for quality time away from home with family or friends.
