Nice little condo community, clean amenities, ready to cook kitchen, community center was awesome, three large outdoor hot tubes, big indoor pool, wet and dry sauna. Close to Main Street, grocery, and liquor store.
Neat, warm and cozy place for our ski trip! We found almost all we need to cook meals, shower, even space to tune our gears in the garage. Very convenient location yet quiet street
We’ve stayed in 5 different condos in Frisco, and decided this one was our favorite so far! Such a comfortable, light filled space. Great living room to unwind in evening, comfortable bedrooms, and great location. Couldn’t have been happier!

Clean, peaceful house and neighborhood
The house was clean, had useful amenities for cooking, neighborhood is nice and quiet and sit just behind a giant mountain. Minutes from downtown Frisco, could walk there. Just roughly 30 mins from Loveland ski resort and 15 to Breckenridge.
Great location and very clean! The table is great for family dinners and the kitchen has all the utensils/cooking supplies necessary to make anything. Quick 20 min drive to Breck and 5 min drive to Frisco!
Few things to note:
1. The upstairs is very very cold. You have to crank the heat heavily downstairs for the upstairs rooms to even be slightly warm. (Make sure to keep the upstairs doors open)
2. There is no garage door opener so you have to get out of the car in the freezing cold and enter the code to open it and then again when you close it.
3. The guests should not have to walk 2.5 blocks to throw the trash in the dumpster! Thats ridiculous! Hosts should handle that after check out.
4. The bathrooms ran out of body soap.
Overall great stay tho!

Hi there, thanks for letting us know about your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following:
-Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our property's convenient location, cleanliness, and the well-equipped kitchen.
-We apologize for any discomfort experienced due to the temperature variation between the floors. We're actively looking into improving the heating system to ensure a more balanced and comfortable environment throughout the entire space.
-Regarding the garage door opener and trash disposal, your points are well-taken. We understand the inconvenience caused and will explore viable solutions to address these concerns. The trash only needs to be taken to the community enclosure in the instance that you fill both trash bins at the house during the stay. We will change the checkout instructions to clarify this.
-As for the bathroom amenities, we regret any inconvenience caused by the shortage of body soap. We'll certainly take measures to ensure that such essentials are consistently replenished for our guests' convenience.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an even more delightful stay.

Great stay
This property is great. Very short distance to the hot tub and rec area. My kids loved the outdoor and indoor hottubs as well as pool and racquetball area. We saw wildlife right outside and the neighborhood was beautiful.
Drive to Breckeridge to ski was easy. The property was very clean and had everything we needed plus some. The only downside I would say is them asking us to put all the sheets and towels in the washer before we left. 4 beds of sheets and 5 people worth of towels isn't fitting in any washer I know of. We went with towels in the washer and one hamper with one bed sheets and hope that was okay! Would definitely stay here again

By the stream
Perfect location for relaxing by the back-yard stream, walking downtown, biking Summit County. Great for 2 couples and a child.
Perfect location near downtown and bike path. Lovely tiny stream and aspens by the deck. Needed fans for bedroom ventilation, otherwise perfect for two couples and one five year old ( who lived the hammock).
Great vacation home for family of 5. Walkable to downtown and the quiet deck/stream in the back was perfect for relaxing.
Only suggestion would be ceiling fans in the bedrooms or box fan to help circulate/pull air from outside on the warmer summer days.
Wanted to get out of the triple digits and enjoyna relaxing week in the mountains........we were not disappointed! Walking to the Frisco shopping mile and really close to vail, breckenridge, Silverthorne and more. Every night we relaxed on the deck and slept with windows open listening to the tranquil creek running behind the property. Awesome.
The house was great for us. It was a very short drive to Copper Mountain and close to downtown Frisco. The small room with the bunkbeds was a good addition since we had four 18 year-old- boys.
Property has the BEST back patio for coffee and dinner by the babbling brook! Beautiful setting, great location! Property has everything needed for a great family vacation.

Cute but dated
We really enjoyed our stay at this house, the view on the back deck is quite nice.
However, the place is quite dated. Bathrooms, mattresses and beddings need an upgrade, especially the one in the master bedroom. Shower experience was less than ideal. The doors make a lot of noise. It usually wouldn’t bother us too much, but because we were traveling with a baby, it got a bit frustrating.
Overall, a nice stay.
The fireplace did not work correctly when we arrived, but we called the property manager and they were able to help us. It never worked liked they described, but we would turn it on/off manually.
The house is very well situated, backing onto a small creek with excellent access to the bike path system in Frisco. It is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.
