this property has a great location, just steps off the boardwalk and beach. it offers a lot of space with several bedrooms and indoor/outdoor lounging space. it was quiet -- appreciated given it's location to the boardwalk.

Michelle's listing was phenomenal. Very clean, airy, well-stocked, equipped and convenient to the beach and the boardwalk (just steps).Ample room for our family of six adults, one 3 year old and one dog to spread out and have privacy but also to come together for meals, games and making memories. We also loved being able to sit outside on one of the three!! outdoor decks and enjoy the view.Michelle is a world-class communicator. She responded quickly with detailed suggestions to my many questions about where to eat, shop, what to bring, etc, etc. She even sent photos of some of items for our use left in the kitchen cabinets.There is no question that we will book with her again when we return to Seaside Heights.

Everything was perfect. This was probably the very best Vrbo experience we have ever had. The house is exactly as pictured and even exceeded our expectations. Michelle was so wonderful to work with and made our entire stay seamless. 10 out of 10 stars! Highly recommend!!

Great location!

The owner was very responsive and made the whole process very easy. The home was clean and well stocked. The location is ideal, close to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

Michelle was amazing as the host. Perfectly communicative. Great beach decor - super clean - very comfy and so relaxing. I grew up in Toms River and Seaside Heights / Park. It was great to be back in NJ with my CT family to visit my NJ family for a few days.
