(A). 7 BEDS: 1 king, 4 queens, 2 twins, PLUS 1 queen sleeper sofa.
(1). Bedroom details: 1 TV in each of bedroom #1, 2, 3.
* bedroom # 1 (on the 1st/kitchen floor above the garage/ground level): 1 TWIN BUNK, 1 QUEEN
* bedroom # 2 (on the 2nd floor) : 2 QUEENs
* bedroom #3 (master, on the 2nd floor): 1 KING
* bedroom # 4 (on the 3rd floor/top floor): 1 QUEEN

(2). Supplies for bedrooms & bathrooms:
* Bed sheets and towels are included
* Bath mats & toiletry
* 8 summer quilts. 20 pillows. 3 extra comforters are provided between October to April.
* multi-function MESSAGE HANDSHOWERS AND RAINFALL SHOWERS (dual shower heads),

(D). IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
(1). Garage & driveway parking (not blocking driveway) & 1 street parking at the end of own driveway.

(2). ONLY LOW-SHEDDING dogs are allowed at a fee. Contact host for an additional fee for 2nd dog.

(3). Outdoor security cameras are installed at the front and back doors.

(4). READ BEFORE BOOKING:
* Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be accepted.
* A government issued ID is required to complete booking.
* Must sign rental agreement for reservations to be considered completed.
* NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed. You will be asked to leave with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made.
* All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. The age requirements do not apply to families with children. If you are booking for others, you must be staying in the property for the duration of your reservation.

The property is beautiful and is furnished very nicely. Almost everything we needed, like utensils, coffee maker (and coffee!) hair dryers, etc. were right there. The beds were very comfortable and the showers are wonderful! All in all, it made for a most enjoyable place for our “girls’ weekend!

This property is absolutely everything we could have asked for and perfectly fit our needs for a family vacay. If you’re looking for a shore house that’s clean, and conveniently located, and that meets all of your needs w/ amenities— this one is it. It’s newly renovated, includes parking, and is so close to the beach you can see it from the top floor deck!
