Truly Great!

We travel with our pets a lot and this property was perfect. Beautifully decorated with details catering to dog owners. Very neat, clean and comfortable. The yard was great, private and we loved eating out on the picnic bench at sunset. Highly recommend.

We loved the Kingston House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kingston house for 2.5 months with our dog. The house is super cute, well equipped and very clean. The fenced in yard was amazing for the dog. It is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We love that it is both close to downtown St. Petersburg and the beaches. Our hosts could not have been more responsive. We will definitely be back.

Best property ever

This was one if not the best property we ever stayed. From check in to check out, communication with host, amenities and all. Words can’t describe cleanliness level of this house. Just outstanding! Thank you for sharing your property with us! Will definitely be back next year!

Great cozy home!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed - all the kitchen supplies, extra blankets and towels, beach chairs, etc - we had everything we needed and more. There were also some great little touches around the home that made for a great stay - like phone chargers at the bedside and cute lights you can plug in at night around the enclosed patio. The home is in a quiet neighborhood in a great location to access all the things there are to do in St. Petersburg. My kids and I had a great stay!! Thank you!!

Wonderful property, excellent communication

If I could write this six stars, I would. My wife and I stayed at the property while her home in Florida was getting fumigated and tented for termites. Three times we had to extend our reservation due to the fumigation. The property owner was very communicative And kind. The home is nicely appointed and has modern conveniences. The fenced yard was a plus for our dogs.

Squeaky Clean, safe neighborhood. So cute!

This house has everything you could possibly need to feel comfortable. I have 2 dogs and usually they are a little apprehensive for a day or so when we travel and are in a new place. Not here, my 14 yo lab climbed right into the provided dog bed and made it hers. Clean, comfortable beds, fenced yard, safe neighborhood, tons of kitchen amenities and plenty of toiletries. Great communication from host, highly recommend. Close to everything!

A Wonderful Wonderful Stay at the Kingston - House

Our stay at the Kingston - House, hosted by Julianne, was absolutely perfect. The key for any VRBO stay is cleanliness. One can put up with all manner of furnishings, but it is imperative that the space be clean. In this case, the Kingston - House, the home was immaculate, spotless, and perfect. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. One other point, and not one to lightly dismiss, is the ability to communicate with the owner/manager. For us, Julianne was prompt, efficient, and courteous in replying to our questions and concerns. We would hesitate to stay at the Kingston - House again, and we highly recommend the home to anyone needing a place to stay in the Saint Petersburg area...
