Our home is a large cottage home with beautiful landscaping, a pool, a mother-in-law quarters, and a beautiful large park directly across the street.
What you will love about this neighborhood
We live in the beautiful Land Park neighborhood of Sacramento, a few miles south of downtown, and less than a mile from the Sacramento Zoo and Fairytale Town. Walking paths, bike paths, and the river are all very close. Commercial districts are close, along with shopping and restaurants.
Additional information
We ask for a cleaning fee of $175 (per week or portion thereof) to get ready for our return or the next guest.

California getaway

House was perfect for the friends and I too enjoy for the 4th of July weekend, house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed The pool and bbq, We did run out of propane but Suzanne was great and immediately got it filled for us! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in that area!
