What a great house! This was the perfect place to stay to be able to make a few meals but also walkable to Optimist Hall (one of our favorite spots).Came to visit my son, who is on Co-Op, and this house was big enough to all have our own space but also a great layout for just hanging out. It is pretty close to everything we needed including the downtown Whole Foods, a Trader Joe’s and Target. The beds were comfortable and everything was smooth checking in. Really loved this yellow house!

Traveled to Charlotte recently with my wife and 3 adult aged kids. The Yellow House was perfect for our stay. From pre-trip and check in communication with our host we were set up for an excellent stay. The property was large enough we all had space and conveniently located near downtown and with some great food options in walking distance. We used the kitchen primarily for breakfast and storing to go food options and had no issues. The property was very clean and seems to have been recently updated with modern fixtures and amenities. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity came up for future visits.

This was our second stay at The Yellow House. It is still so clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Communication with the host, Lance, is clear and easy. He is always responsive and helpful. Of course, Optimist Hall is right there with lots of good food choices and now only 530ft from the house is Bird Pizzeria, which NY Times named one of the best pizza places in the US. It is not to be missed. We will continue to make the Yellow House our first choice for our stays in Charlotte. Thank you, Lance!

We spent a week at the yellow house. To say we were impressed with the experience is an understatement. Communication with host was exceptional, location to everything and anything was fantastic and most importantly the house was as listed- clean, fully equipped and comfortable. Would highly recommend and we will book again for our next trip.

Lance, was incredible. The home was cute, decorated nicely, came with everything you need. Nice backyard. Bring games, seasons, coffee, none there. Note passcode, I locked myself out. I would definitely stay at the yellow house again. Lance, the book of house rules was very helpful.

Charlotte Stay

Really comfortable and clean home. Great location. very close to everything downtown. I was very impressed with the up-to-date fixtures and amenities in the home.
