You know that St. John is calling you home, pulling you back to the Caribbean’s unmatched blue green waters and pristine beaches! Enjoy your stay in this beautifully decorated one-bedroom penthouse suite located perfectly in the heart of Cruz Bay in Grande Bay Resort with spectacular views of the waters surrounding St. John and the USVI.
Tastefully decorated, this unit is furnished with a king size bed and is ideal for a couple celebrating a honeymoon, a birthday, an anniversary or just life! The full kitchen is well equipped and includes a dining table for two that looks out into Cruz Bay. The living room is also complete with comfortable seating and a TV. One of your favorite places to relax will be out on your private balcony – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee while you take in the beauty of St. John’s mountains in the background and the brilliant blue of the Caribbean just beneath the balcony. You’ll find beach chairs, coolers and beach towels for your daily trips to Maho, Trunk, Honeymoon or any of the equally beautiful beaches that St. John has to offer! This unit will provide for your every need both at home or on the beach.
You’ll find that the shops in town, ferry dock and taxi stand are just a short walk on the beach away from your location. Many fine restaurants are positioned within just steps and offer gorgeous quiet morning views of the water or stunning sunset views in the evenings!
Grande Bay Resort provides a fantastic swimming pool and deck for sunbathing as well as a gym featuring the equipment you would want for a good workout. Whatever you need, we have it here to make your stay special.
Once you book, our management team will contact you and assist with any specific needs you have to make your vacation and visit to our island memorable. They can help you arrange for a jeep or car rental, provisions for the condo, or answer any questions you may have about St. John.

Fantastic, cant miss villa! Immaculately clean, well appointed, everything is new and works perfectly and the view is amazing. This villa is a very short walk to taxis, Cruz bay ferries and to numerous bars and restaurants. The unit is ideal for a couple and/or small family (pull out sofa). Highly recommend!!.

We loved the penthouse at Grand Bay. It was clean, had everything we needed and most importantly amazing AC! The view was great, TVs worked well, the king bed was really nice and frig w/ ice and filtered water was a bonus. Coolers, towels and chairs available for beaching was such a great perk. Check in/out was easy! The location is the best on the island…walk to everything In Cruz bay! Lots of stairs/hills/elevators to get in/out so if walking is an issue ….keep in mind. 1 hour door to door from St Thomas airport to Red hook Ferry to Grand Bay. We hope to return soon!

We could not have been more pleased with this beautiful condo. It far exceeded our expectations. The location is within a short walking distance to all of the restaurants, bars, and shopping in Cruz Bay. The assigned parking spot in the garage was awesome. The condo was so quiet with wonderful air conditioning and comfortable bed. The shower had good water pressure and having a washer and dryer in the condo was icing on the cake. Absolutely zero complaints with our stay. I hope to book this same unit for our next trip to St. John.

What a view and location!

This property was amazing! From the views to beyond convenient location this property has it all. Check in was quick and easy. We were able to walk to all sorts of incredible bars restaurants, and shopping. Our rental car company delivered our car to the designated parking spot and we spent our days touring the beautiful beaches. We loved coming back to watch the sunset from the balcony. We hope to return someday!

JW and Suzy are married with 4 children that affectionately refer to St John as they home away from home. When they can't visit the clear blue waters of the Virgin Islands, they enjoy time on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina.

Why they chose this property

We discovered our love of St John from JW's parents and immediately fell in love with the island's laid back lifestyle and spectacular beaches. Our children have grown up vacationing here with us as often as possible and have fallen in love as well! We hope you love the island like we all do!

What makes this property unique

Grande Bay is a short walking distance to town, where you'll find many restaurants and shops as well as the ferry dock and taxis. You can stay at Grande Bay and enjoy the pool or venture out and explore the many beaches the island offers. There is an underground parking garage and a security officer always on duty. The fully equipped fitness center is on site and overlooks Cruz Bay beach and harbor.
