Tahoe Donner HOA Amenities: As a guest in our home, you'll have access to the fantastic amenities offered by the Tahoe Donner Homeowners Association. Included with your rental are six (6) guest cards providing access to the private amenities. Each guest card allows access for one (1) guest over the age of 3 years old. Daily/non-transferable fee for rental guest is $24 (7yrs+) and $10 (3yr-6yr) per person per day and subject to amenity availability. Children under 3 are free. *Daily access fees subject to change. Occupancy & Policies:
Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
Parking for 3 vehicles only. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
Outdoor fires, fireworks and charcoal BBQ’s are strictly prohibited. A propane gas BBQ is provided at the property.

Tahoe Donner/ Town of Truckee imposes Noise and Light pollution ordinances:
NOISE: Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM – during which noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance or nuisance to neighbors. Noise includes but is not limited to outdoor music, late-night partying, amplified or motorized sounds.
LIGHT: All outdoor lights must be turned off between 10 PM and 7 AM **For compliance all outdoor lights are on timers and/or have motion sensor timers.

Pet Policies: We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome your furry friends to our vacation home. Please note the following pet policies:
• Pets must be leashed and under voice control at all times when outside.
• Pets are not allowed to be left chained or tethered unattended.
• Pets may not be left unattended in the home during your stay unless they are placed in a pet safe crate.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Poop bags are to be placed in outdoor garbage building cans, please do not leave on the street
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Please ensure your pets are well-behaved and do not disturb neighbors.
• Limit of 2 (two) well traveled dogs are allowed, pet fees apply
• Absolutely no cats, owner has severe allergies
