The property was clean and we really enjoyed our experience. Right down the street from playground and beach which was great for kids. The backyard is perfect for pets and all around was a great place to stay.

This was the perfect little family friendly house for my family to get together to celebrate and enjoy each other. The house felt like a home away from home and was quaint and cozy. The backyard was amazing - despite the horrible weather we had - it was perfect for the little kids and dogs to run around safely. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the house. The dogs were finding popcorn kernels (and other food - god only knows) underneath the beds. My husband found someone else’s dusty clothes with a spider behind the nightstands (when plugging in the baby monitor). Nightstands were sticky. The kitchen table still had dried leftover food (looked like dried tomato seeds) all over it and was sticky. Not a huge deal - but we did have to run out and buy cleaning products to wipe everything down. Overall, the llcation and the house

Highly recommend! Things I appreciate from Host: She messaged me a couple of days earlier to let me know that the mosquitoes are bad. She left citronella candles for us. We brought bug spray and itch relief cream, which I wouldn't have thought to bring. The bed in the master bedroom was SO comfy. Sheets were soft! Water pressure was great! The backyard was adorable. We were able to roast marshmallows several nights. Kids loved it! Thank you SO much for having some seasonings on hand. My father-in-law had said he was bringing coffee. So, on our first morning, I went to have some. He brought DECAF! What kind of person brings DECAF? I was SO thankful you had some K-cups available. You saved the day!

This house is very nice and has everything you need for a great vacation. The owner is very helpful and conveniently available if needed. The house is in a great locations, convenient to the beach, places to eat and is golf cart friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable place to rent.

Beautiful back yard

The house was perfect for a large family gathering. The backyard was very large and beautiful. We had an issue with the hot water which the host resolved right away. We would stay in the house again and recommend it to others.

Awesome place, room for everyone! Highly recommended!

Quick family getaway with four kids (teen and adult), this house was perfect! Very clean, a bedroom for everyone, huge kitchen table that was ideal for family games, very large flat back yard, dog friendly! Kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking but lots of restaurants nearby if you prefer. We'll definitely be returning!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location of the home to the beach and board walk is perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is so quiet, well maintained, great for our nightly walks. Our grandkids loved the backyard which is perfect for eating s’mores at the large fire pit and throwing a ball around. Everyone had a great time at the beach and trying the new restaurants. Thank you for a great stay

Lovely home. Everything was perfect, to include wood for the backyard firepit. The host had several extra touches in the home that went above and beyond what we expected. Would love to return the next time we're in the area.

Great Place!

This is our second stay at this home and property. We enjoy all the extras that are in the house and the backyard is quite comfortable. We brought our two well behaved, medium sized dogs with us and this property really made it nice. It is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Yet a short drive to restaurants, etc. we plan to be back. :)

This 5-bedroom home exceeded all of our expectations! The space was beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, making it perfect for a large group. Home Away From Home

Such a lovely home away from home, and a lovely neighborhood on the Point. Our sailboat was at a marina two minutes away. Walking distance to a nice Sandy beach, and two minutes to the marina made everything extremely convenient. We had lots of amazing sailing and fishing. Lots of games and for everyone, indoors and out. Amazing hosts. Do not hesitate to book this house and enjoy yourselves without having to think about it.

Everything was perfect!

The house was perfect for our stay! Denise the property manager stopped in to welcome us and told us we could call her for anything. Everthing in the house was spotless, in working order. The deck, brand new gas grill and fire pit was put to good use. We had a wonderful, fun family time. I would highly recommend and we will most certainly be back!
