Sheila is an incredible host. Her property is lovely and just what we needed for our visit to our daughter at BC. It had enough room so she and her Mom could share a room after our kiddo decided to come back and stay with us while we were in town. It afforded us all the amenities we required - a great little kitchen; a double sink bath with wonderfully hot water - which was a godsend on our rainy weekend. Check in was very easy, and Sheila was very prompt and communicative; giving guidance on parking, heat, and even trying to help us navigate a last minute flight cancellation to extend our stay. We'll definitely look to come back when we're back in town.

Very responsive host,even left us ann umbrella! easy check in AND check out! Cute little place. Well appointed for convenience. Soft fluffy towels. Washer dryer came in handy. Location is great for accessing downtown, Fenway park and points west. Nice little balcony for two. Two adult women stayed for three days - we would stay again!

This cozy, well appointed house was perfect for our stay in Boston. Sheila is a great host. I was pleasantly surprised by the extra amenities (fresh half and half, milk, butter, fruit and biscotti) to go along with coffee pods, tea and sugar in the kitchen. Plus, all the bathroom supplies like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The backyard deck was wonderful to sit and have coffee. Not sure about where the spa/jacuzzi is that’s in the listing. We truly enjoyed our time in Boston.

We loved staying here. Sheila (the host) was very cordial and responded quickly to questions, etc. The facility is on the second floor with a shared street entrance and a private internal entrance. It has two roomy bedrooms with very comfortable beds and the common area had the most comfortable couch ever. The common area was furnished with new apartment size appliances plus a washer and dryer and opened onto a small, lovely balcony. Biscotti, a fruit bowl and a case of bottled water welcomed us upon arrival. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Boston!
