You’ll enjoy spacious grounds, close beach access, lush tropical landscaping, and a centrally located pool for hours of family fun. And 2 private parking spaces provide the convenience of being right beside your door…with the sand and surf just steps away! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is equipped with all the comforts of home…plus a great unobstructed view of the Gulf from the upstairs balcony. Blue Surf 23 never lets you forget that you are at the beach! Every inch of the condo itself is decorated with a tropical, beachy feel…. right down to a full-wall mural in the dining room where you absolutely feel like you’re sitting on the beach and watching the dolphins play! When it’s time to venture out, you’ll find restaurants within walking distance and Golf, world class shopping and numerous family activities just a short drive away. During Spring Break this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Over the 4th of July holiday we require a weekly stay. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Summer Beach Vacay

We had a great time at Miramar Beach and Blue Surf was a wonderful location. Friendly neighbors and close to everything. Blue Surf #23 was set up well for our 3 teens to have the top floor bedroom and hang out space in the living room. Unless small children, I would not count on the pull out couch as a comfortable sleep space. The Patio furniture on the bottom could use updates as well as replacement of the patio doors. The chair service at the beach was great. Nice accommodations for a family beach vacation. We stayed 6 nights & didn’t want to leave!

Great location

Nice apartment at a great location. Very convenient to go walk down to the beach. I’d rent it again if I had the opportunity!

great vacation spot

Was pleased with the service and our stay here !! the pool was conveniently located close to the condo, and had a beautiful view of the beach!! Will stay here again next year!!

Spacious condo

Staff was was very accomadating. This is a spacious condo in a perfect location. The unit could use updating but we would definately stay there again.
