→ RESORT PRE-REGISTRATION: Will be a separate $105 RESORT FEE PER RESERVATION PLUS TAX. This will be paid directly to the Laketown Wharf Resort for wristbands and parking passes. A link will be sent to your cell phone a week before your arrival to complete the check in process.

→ Age Requirement - Reserving Guest must be at least 19 years old and be able to show valid I.D. upon check in.

→ MONTHLY STAYS - Message Us for Great, Long Term Snowbird and Travel Nurse Rental Rates Throughout the Fall and Winter Months!

→ Damage Waiver - There is $1,500 of accidental damage coverage which is included per reservation and provided by Safely Insurance! '

→ 2 Car Max - Of Site parking available close by for a fee for more than two vehicles.

→ Ring Doorbell is located on the front door. No more than 10 guest! More than 10 guest can result in eviction!

→ Beach Chairs, Pop Up Tent, wagon, cooler and wake board provided and located in condo!

→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

Check Out Instructions

Please leave the condo reasonably clean and in damage free order. If damages occurred, please inform us.

Run dirty dishes in dishwasher (detergent cubes under sink)

Place any used towels inside washer

Dispose of any leftover food, throw out ALL trash at disposals on your floor.

Check Out is at 10:00 AM promptly. Housekeeping will arrive then to clean for the next guest!
