Alex the owner is very eccessible when checking in and any problems that may arise. As for the house it is exactly what is advertised. Good little house for the price. We enjoyed our stay and for sure would come back.

Wonderful stay!

Terrific beach house! Convenient to the beach, pool and water park, and campground store. The house is cozy and very clean. We will definitely be staying at Family Ties again in the future!

Cute little place

This is a cute little property…small, but good for what we needed! We have other family that camps here so we don’t stay at the house much. Bathrooms are a little on the small side but, again…for no more than we are there, it does a fine job! Alex is super nice and check in was a breeze! Overall, great time at family ties!
