Eagle River Retreat~hot tub~riverfront!

Please note: this listing is to rent the LOWER LEVEL home only. Not the entire Chalet. The pictures shown are exactly what you get. The owners do reside in the upstairs home, therefore it’s possible to hear us or our dogs at random. The river and the garage parking lot are the only potential shared spaces. We do service the hot tub early in the morning but you can choose a specific time if you want. The b&b has 7 beds and will comfortably accommodate 8 guests or 12 if sharing beds. We now have 9 hole frisbee golf and cornhole outdoor games! Indoor games include karaoke, board games and puzzles. Relax and enjoy this unique spot on the Ashtabula River. See the Eagle soaring by, the Deer crossing the river and the Great Blue Heron at the falls edge. Here at Eagle River Retreat you’ll enjoy a clean comfortable space with all the amenities and comforts of home. Enjoy our beautiful Eagle park area. Relax on the rock beaches. Visit the falls and see the mini root cave. Enjoy fishing, swimming and cozy nights by the fire. Our newest addition is the hot tub and walk out deck overlooking the river. A great get away!
The space:
Enjoy a peaceful and luxurious stay in our spacious lower level home. This luxury walk out basement home is set on the beautiful Ashtabula River with access to 3,000 feet of river to the east and west with several access points to the water. This 1400 square foot space has all the amenities. Enjoy our new hanging swings and outdoor fireplace! We now have a new hot tub that seats 7 guests. We recently built a new private observation deck overlooking the river!

Please note: The main house upstairs is the owners residence and will be occupied by the them most of the time. We do have 3 small dogs in a fenced in area. They are very friendly. Your pets and service support pets are always welcome. No fee for pets. We are now required to charge a bed tax which is added to the final fee as a percentage. Your lower level home is completely private, locked and secure. We do not share any spaces except possibly outdoor in the garage parking lot area and river. We have a backup generator in case of power outage and we always plow the snow in winter.

We are located not far from the highway, only minutes from the famous Smolen-Gulf covered bridge/Indian trails park and Brants apple orchard. Not far from Geneva on the Lake and SPIRE institute. Close to the Harbor, Walnut Beach and Lake Shore Park. See the magnificent Lake Erie with boating and fishing access. Visit our local wineries and enjoy downtown shopping. See the local museums, covered bridges and historical sites. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Other things to note:
Small children should be monitored when walking close to roped off areas due to steep drop off. No guests are allowed to cross the safety ropes or guard rails.
