This property is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently located and easily accessible to most anything you want to do or explore in the Dayton/Cincinnati area. The house is clean and has everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The fenced backyard was well loved and appreciated by our furry friends. The owner was helpful and responded to our messages very quickly. We have rented here twice and hope to be back again next year!

The home was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. We especially appreciated the garage parking that Teresa, our wonderful host made available to us and she made a special trip to drop off the remote for the garage door. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped and in good working order. She responded promptly to our questions and every need. Our only negative was the pedestal sink in the sole bathroom that was not attached to the wall and shook back and forth when leaned against or bumped. Although it worked just fine, we always were worried that the plumbing might come loose and cause a major leak or potential flood. We made the host aware of this situation and she acknowledged that this sink had this downside. That said, we look forward to staying at this property again during our next trip to the Dayton area and would recommend it to others.

Hi Jamie ! I am Sorry you felt that but we make sure every turn over the house is clean and we have photos taken every time the cleaner is done . I am wondering which part of the house was not clean properly .
