Comfortably furnished with leather sofas in the living room, king-size bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen-sleeper sofa in the living room.

A fully updated kitchen, with granite counter tops, full size appliances, refrigerator with icemaker, built in microwave, dishwasher, counter bar with stools, and fully equipped to prepare your meals. The balcony has two comfortable chaise lounge chairs.

At Seawinds include a community heated pool, large deck with plenty of chaise lounges, tables and chairs, heated spa, two tennis courts and available ample parking.

Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Great location on the beach.

Other tenants were very friendly and welcoming. Pool and hot tub were nice. Parking was never a problem at the condo.

Great property. Great location. Only criticism was that I’m too stupid to not take my work on vacation and the WIFI was barely usable. Pretty minor complaint but it was an issue. All in all, great spot.

Marco Island is paradise. It's way busier than it used to be but it's still worth it! Stay away from Dunkin Donuts on the Island, the older guy at the counter is very rude and hateful. But other than that.. Perfect Island

Great view and location

Everything was fine except the wi-fi. The router is in the bedroom and is very weak and intermittent in the main living area. To use my phone I had to be in the master bedroom.

Great Beachfront View

Loved the 8th floor corner condo, with great views and plenty of sun on the balcony. Only complaint is the slow wifi/internet. The wifi was unusable on the balcony and barely usable in the condo. Overall, a great experience!
