Find your paradise beachfront vacation in this two-bedroom, two bath eighth-floor condominium with unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico and Marco Island's crescent beach! Comfortably furnished with leather sofas in the living room, king-size bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen-sleeper sofa in the living room.

A fully updated kitchen, with granite counter tops, full size appliances, refrigerator with icemaker, built in microwave, dishwasher, counter bar with stools, and fully equipped to prepare your meals. The balcony has two comfortable chaise lounge chairs.

Amenities:

At Seawinds include a community heated pool, large deck with plenty of chaise lounges, tables and chairs, heated spa, two tennis courts and available ample parking.

Walk to restaurants, unique shopping, and nightlife, only a short distance from the condominium. The perfect location for your vacation!

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
