Enjoy beach views from every room in this tenth floor, two bedroom, two bath beachfront condominium. Decorated in cottage coastal style, this condo offers a King bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom, and updated master and guest bathrooms The living room is has a large flat screen TV and queen sofa bed. The newly updated kitchen boasts a breakfast bar with seating for two. But the nicest feature of the condo is the view of the beach . Overlooking the entire beach and sitting in the sun on your balcony is what vacation is all about.

South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week)

Just a short walk from the condo is Tigertail Beach. Amenities included a picnic area, playground, and concession stand offering beach equipment rentals, food, and drinks. Go fishing, rent a kayak, or paddleboard to explore the tidal lagoon that separates Tigertail Beach from Sand Dollar Spit's narrow and unspoiled Gulf front beach.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Beautiful beach front clean vacation stay.

The condo was clean and had everything we need. The beds were very comfortable. Laundry was on the same floor. The grounds were beautiful. The beach was almost a half mile walk to the water. Breath taking views. We would stay again.

Great spot . Comfortable beds and updated baths. Beautiful beach. Would Only negative was there was no dishsoap, dishwasher detergent and limited paper towels and toilet paper. A fresh sponge should also be nice. Would rent again.

Beautiful vacation

The condo was beautiful. It was well stocked with everything that you need for a day at the beach including a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, toys and cooler. The condo layout was wonderful with plenty of space. Everything was updated and clean. The balcony was my favorite part. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but well worth it on beautiful white sands full of beautiful shells.

Condo complex: too many rules in the condo complex, too many gates, keys and codes, condo residents not welcoming of visitors/renters (in general), dirty and hard to find people to take care of things... the stay could have been a lot more enjoyable. Marco Island: beautiful beaches & island. A lot of restaurants & water options... great dolphin/shelling private tour.

Beach gear can make or break the “migration”

Condo was clean & updated. We were very comfortable staying there. The view from our balcony was beautiful! The one suggestion I would make is to invest in more lush beach towels. There were 3, possibly 4 (4th was a large bath towel in my opinion), better beach chairs that are geared for adults & not children, beach umbrella that can stand against the windy days on the beach & can provide enough shade for 2 people vs. 1 person, & a durable beach wagon with large wheels for easier pulling through the sand to carry all these great items!

Ok if you like minimalism

The furniture was dated and worn out, not nice in first place. Very few dishes or towels and no wash cloths. The beach chairs and cooler are old worn out and need to be tossed. Many burned out bulbs, the shower trickles and the bed spread was gross and had to be washed. We have stayed at south seas every year for 17 years amd this was the worst unit by a long shot. Much more was expected for this price. The saving grace is that the unit is at south seas and facing the beach!

Excellent vacations!!

The apartment condo was very nice and accommodating for the whole family. We had such a great time, the pool was not overcrowded at all. The beach very relaxing with beautiful sunsets! One thing that I will say though, there is construction going on since real early in the morning. I definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Easy check in and check out!
