E komo mai, welcome to Manualoha 801!

This recently remodeled (2024) multi-level 2bd-2ba condo is just steps from Poipu Beach. The ground level has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, indoor laundry W/D, and guest bedroom with two twin beds and a TV. The spacious living area leads out to an open air lanai and grassy lawn, perfect for a game of cornhole (provided). Access to two shared pools, hot tub, and tennis courts. The primary bedroom with king bed is upstairs, opens up to two lanais, with an office space boasting incredible views. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and a separate bathtub. Both bedrooms have a portable AC for your comfort. Cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms is included. A trundle sofa in the living room offers an additional sleeping place (a $50/night additional guest fee is applied for 5th guest).

We recommend soaking in the sun and enjoying the beautiful outdoors that Kaua'i has to offer. But if you need to stay connected, free wireless internet is provided.
For your convenience, we provide some beach gear for your use: beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, small cooler, and beach towels. We also provide a starter supply of amenities and toiletries (soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, detergents).

Located in Poipu Kai Resort with access to the Poipu Kai pool/hot tub and tennis courts, surrounded with tropical landscaping and scenic greenbelt pathway. Shipwreck beach (10 min walk), Brennecke's Beach (5 min. walk), go snorkeling with lifeguards on duty at Poipu Beach Park (5 min.) or take surf lessons at Sheraton Beach (15 min.). Walk to the Grand Hyatt Resort (10 min walk). Treat yourself to a massage at the Anara Spa or play golf at the nearby Poipu Bay Golf Club (one of Tiger Woods' favorites) - all of this within walking distance.

Great experience

Beautiful place. Loved the location to the beach and the setup of the condo. Only suggestion is to have a book that details where to find the pool, how to operate the TV, and nearby attractions. We took a key to the pool but it was the wrong one, or so we think. Overall our stay was excellent. Thank you!!

Poipu condo

Condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. The downstairs ac cooled great. The upstairs one not as much tho. In my opinion there should be 2 upstairs but nighttime’s cooled down well

Fantastic unit and location!

Would recommended to friends and would definitely stay here again! Beautiful unit, amazing location a few minutes walk from the beach and so private. And the property manager Kristen always responded quickly to our questions.

Best decision we made!

We are absolutely over the moon after spending a week here! It truly exceeded our expectations. The location is steps from the beach and the house provides chairs, a wagon, cooler, etc to make for easy beach days! We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Kauai.

Good Location, well-supplied unit, responsive host

The unit is well-maintained. Very pleasant complex, easy walk to turtle beach and Hawaii hot dogs and beach-front food and drinks. Lots of locals too on weekends, nice vibe. Nice pool. Good beach supplies in closet.
