Only 20 minutes by car, or boat, to Cedar Point, Sandusky, Catawba, ferry to the Lake Erie Islands, shopping, hiking, beaches, water parks, museums, historic locations, Sandusky Speedway, wineries and breweries and numerous charming little towns, festivals and fairs. One hour from Cleveland or Toledo. Option to dock your boat in front of the house or at nearby Clemons Marina for additional charge. House fully and newly refurnished with 1 bedroom down and 2 bedrooms upstairs, all with water views. One full bath downstairs and one full bath upstairs, new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. Sleeps 6. No pets allowed. No smoking. Enjoy the Bay breezes as you swim, boat, or sleep.

Wonderful visit

We had a wonderful visit. The home was very clean and well kept. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. The place was well equipped with anything we could have wanted. We will be back!!
