Public fishing pier. Only 20 minutes by car, or boat, to Sports Force Park, Cedar Point, Sandusky, Catawba, ferry to the Lake Erie Islands, shopping, hiking, beaches, water parks, museums, historic locations, Sandusky Speedway, wineries, breweries, and numerous charming little towns, festivals and fairs. One hour from Cleveland or Toledo. Dock your boat at nearby commercial marinas. House fully and newly refurnished with 1 bedroom down, walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms upstairs, walk-in shower all with water views. 2 full bathrooms, new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. Sleeps 6. No pets allowed. No smoking. Enjoy the Bay breezes as you sleep. Enjoy activities all day and relax with a cold beverage to watch spectacular sunsets from the Sun Room or a lawn chair in the side yard. One hour from Cleveland and Toledo.

And yet, within 20 minutes you can find any kind of entertainment, food, recreation, sight-seeing, beaches, islands festivals and more. Huge family play park in the village, great walkability to bait shop, two restaurants, jet ski paddle board etc rentals. End every day, relax with a cold beverage and watch stunning sun sets from almost any room in the house.
