Guests will enjoy full access to the entire house, which includes a private balcony exclusively for their use. It is important to note that, as a duplex, the central balconies and courtyard are shared common areas with the adjacent unit.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all dirty towels in a pile in the bathrooms Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start cycle before leaving
Empty and place all trash bags in the trash bin Push trash bin to the curb to be ready for pick up
Turn off all TV, lights, and fans Close all windows and lock all doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping. No parties or events. Maximum of 2 pets are allowed less than 50lbs. No unregistered guests are allowed.
RESIDENTIAL ZONE - Keep the noise to a minimum in the backyard. No parties, loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior. Quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am.

The property was immaculate and has everything most families would look for. I want to give a special shout out to the property caretakers who responded to an issue that could have easily been overlooked by both parties. But they saw a small concern, came by within an hour, identified an issue, and made good on the contract. 100% will rent again.
