We'll provide plenty of clean linens, towels, beach towels, cooler, and beach chairs... everything you need to feel at home while enjoying Venice. A homelike alternative to hotels.

Our beach house is beautifully maintained in a safe and friendly area. The entire property is gated with locked and coded entry for added security. Lots of extras and located this close to the beach makes our vacation rental a very unique property in Venice.

Beautiful Stay in Venice Beach!

Had an awesome time staying here this summer. The space is fun, cozy and just one block from the beach! Has everything you may need, parking, laundry, and a lovely outdoor patio area. Lots to do in the area like biking, skating, and walking the pier. Definitely recommend staying here :)

Kevin is very nice and will do whatever he can to make your stay enjoyable. Very close to the beach and strand. Can be a bit noisy at night but that comes with the territory. Very clean and well furnished. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Although this was the first report on this mattress that wasn’t glowingly positive, we have replaced it with a NEW DUAL-LAYER GEL, MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS ~ the absolute crème de la crème of contemporary sleeping technology. Providing our guests with a good night’s sleep is of the highest priority, so we dress the most comfortable mattress sets we can find with only the finest, high-thread-count linens and sheets. We appreciate all feedback. It helps us maintain our beach house to a high standard so that we can offer the best vacation experience possible. Great place with an awesome location.

Great stay! Cozy place with a very nice patio area for relaxing. Location is so conveniently located close to the beach, Abbott Kinney and the Venice Canals. The parking space was a real plus! Hosts keep a very clean place and provide all the essentials and then some for a very comfortable stay. They were very hospitsble and made sure they were available to show my daughter the property since we would be arriving very late at night.We look forward to staying again when in the Venice area.

A briliant place to stay one street from the board walk and all its delights. Right on the beach and close to la a comfortable bed and fully stalked kitchen including breakfast in the fridge. A feeling of safety and loads of memories including local restauranrs and espically dannys pub only place to stay in venice beach . Thank you Richard and annemarie Plean scotland

If you're looking for a prime location, one house off the beach, excellent restaurants and all that is happening on the boardwalk, this is the place. Kevin is very easy to deal with and a wealth of information. Cozy suit with a great kitchen, gorgeous comfortable outdoor area and many amenities. Very clean and maintained.

Cute Bohemian Vibe

Adorable small apartment, converted garage. I loved the tile floors, counters, and painted accents. The outdoor space, cabana, courtyard, was comfortable too! Just a half block to the Venice walk/bike trail/beach. Although we were here during a heat wave and there isn’t AC, we were still quite comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful

The owners of the property we're very kind, and explained the where abouts of near by stores.. and sight seeing, and things available to us on the property. It was about 2 minutes from the beach, and boardwalk on Venice Beach. I will definitely stay there again.

I loved this place. I loved the vibe and good energy. It was super clean and Sydney and Kevin were very friendly and helpful. I celebrated my big 5-0 while staying here. Kevin recommended a place to eat on Abbot Kinney Str and it was amazing...thank you Kevin!! I also loved the decor. Something fun to discover everywhere. I want the duck bathroom garbage can! I highly recommend this place. If I ever pass through Venice Beach again ...I know I will be staying here.

Boho Beach Charm In The Center Of It All!

I recently stayed at the beach house nine days over July 4 weekend. The location was excellent, you could walk to any sites in Venice you might wish to see. And if you're lucky you might see some celebrities on your visit, as I did! The place had a wonderful outdoor living space, perfect for taking in the great weather. And it was excellent to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The hosts were great and super helpful, I'd stay there again!

Perfect for me and Makszidog

Makszidog and I drive to Venice for a month to escape Michigan winters. How lucky this year to find this wonderful, in so many ways, comfortable home away from home. A minute from the beach, so close to the canals, great walks abound just out our door, easy drive to all the good L.A. area museums, music and theatre, kind and caring landlords, great private cabana. Only thing that could be better was the weather. I seem to have brought the Michigan cold with me! I'll work on that next year, hoping to return

A Studio Oasis!! Very quaint and decorated so beautifully!

What a cute, beautifully decorated studio just a block or so from the action of Venice Beach! The bungalow is so refreshing and has all the amenities and toiletries you would need! Kevin and Sydney take pride in ensuring that you will have a great vacation in their studio! Chocolates, coffee, top grade toiletries, emergency stuff in bathroom, kitchen outfitted, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler! The location is PERFECT and was a fabulous home base for our busy athletic touring of biking, kayaking, parasailing, walking, beaching, shopping and more. We did not rent a car as we had friends who live in LA. For three days we walked, biked or Ubered (evening) everywhere! (Our friend came with a car the last two days). Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Palisades, Marina Del ray and more! So easy to get around and lots of Ubers for short money. By Uber/car, only a half hour from LAX, 10 minutes to Santa Monica, 15 minutes to Marina Del Ray and an hour to Malibu. We stayed Wed through Sunday and it was serene and quiet at this corner lot, until Saturday. Weekend traffic was definately heard on this busy street and there was construction on the block but the construction people did not start until a considerate 8:30am :-) It was SO quiet and serene the whole time except Sat afternoon/evening. The patio was our favorite place to hang out! Nice little decorating touches here too!! The beds were comfortable and well dressed. We did use the pullout which was a little hard but still very accomodating! Fan over beds which was cooling! Mid 70-'s to mid 80's weather when we were there so it was cool and comfy at night and reasonable mid day under the patio roof. Probably would need another fan for summer months. Loved our stay at the bungalow!!! Thanks for all the suggestions Kevin, on eating, take out, groceries and activities! Ciao Sydney and Kevin!!

BEAUTIFUL Venice Casita!!!

This is the perfect couples getaway! Upon arrival both Kevin and Sydney gave us the 5 star treatment! Kevin gave us the inside scoop for living the beach life. With the Casita being just seconds away from the beach it made for the most amazing experience. The house was very clean, with all the amenities to make our stay relaxing! The outside cabana is perfect for having an afternoon beverage before taking a nice walk down the strand. Thanks again! Can't wait to return!!!
