The main living area boasts a towering gas fireplace, high ceilings, spacious windows, and luxurious seating. For entertainment, head to the lower-level family room with a big screen TV, DVD/Blu-Ray player, Super Nintendo console, tables for board games, and a ping pong table.

**Sleeping Arrangements**
With five comfortable bedrooms across three levels, everyone can find their perfect space.

- **Main Floor**: The master suite features log walls, two closets, and a barn door leading to a spacious en-suite bath with a large vanity, soaker tub, and glass shower.

- **Second Floor**: Up the custom log staircase are two additional bedrooms: a canopy king bedroom for adults and the `Tepee bedroom,` perfect for children and teens. These rooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo.

- **Lower Level**: Bright and spacious with lake-view windows, the lower level has two bedrooms—a queen `Sweet Dreams` bedroom and the `Stag` room with two twin beds—sharing a full bath. Step out to the patio for nature views or relax in the hot tub.

**Additional Amenities**
A laundry room, half bath on the main level, dedicated workspace, coffee station, and wrap-around deck complete the home`s features. Enjoy a quiet, mountain community atmosphere with modern comforts.

**House Rules & Important Information**

- **Lake Access**: Guests may enjoy the views and walk along the road but do not have access to community lakes or common areas, which are privately owned.

- **Hot Tub Maintenance**: Weekly professional spa maintenance will be performed for your health and safety. Notification will be provided in advance.

**No Air Conditioning:** Not common at this elevation; summer months remain cool with low humidity.

**Consumables**: Some condiments and snacks may be left by previous guests. Please use your discretion with these items.

For your safety and peace of mind, there is a camera at the front door. There are no indoor cameras—your privacy is very important to us.
Living Room fireplace is not available for guest use due to risk of wildfires and liability.
🚙 ATV/UTV Policy
Please note that unlicensed vehicles (like ATVs or UTVs) cannot be driven on county roads. We recommend trailering them to nearby off-road trails.

This is a pet free home making it a great space for our guests with allergies.

Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A deep cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected indoors. Outdoors permitted but please be responsible.
⏰ Checkout Time
Please respect the designated checkout time. Late departures may incur additional fees, as we need time to prepare for the next guests.
🎉 No Parties or Events
To keep things peaceful for everyone, we do not allow parties or events at this property.
👥 Guest Count & Age Requirement
The number of guests must not exceed 11 or what is listed on your reservation nor shall the guest booking the reservation be under the age of 25, unless approved in writing ahead of time.
🔇 Quiet Hours
Per HOA guidelines, quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Thank you for being considerate of our neighbors!
🔒 Firearms
Please do not leave firearms unattended on the property for safety reasons. If left behind, we will securely store it for you to retrieve.
📦 No Mail or Packages
We are unable to accept mail or packages at the home. Please ship items to a local Amazon Locker, USPS office, or UPS store.
🏢 No Commercial Use
This property may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval.

While we do our best to ensure everything is in working order, occasional issues can arise—especially during short turnovers. Refunds for broken amenities are not guaranteed, but we’ll make every reasonable effort to address and resolve the issue promptly once we`re notified. Your comfort is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding!
