First time doing a VRBO. Wanted to get away from staying in a hotel with people going up and down the hallways yelling, slamming doors, or stomping around on the floor above us for a change. Definitely changed how we will be traveling from now on! While there some thunderstorms were getting ready to roll through (we are used to keeping a watch on the weather to begin with)...was happy to see a message from our host during the night updating up to there being a severe weather alert for the area and that the county was under a tornado watch till 4am. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Best one though...I asked for suggestions of where to eat on our last day while there. We got a couple suggestions and looked them up. My husband and son were interested in the first suggestion and we quickly found out why. Delicious food and we left stuffed and enjoyed the atmosphere! Would definitely stay again if we make another trip to the Pensacola area.
