Located a 6 minute (1.8 mile) drive from downtown Napa or 15 minutes to Sonoma square.

Peaceful family retreat

Amazing weekend getaway

We enjoyed an amazing ladies getaway weekend at Kat's well appointed, very comfortable house! Amazing gardens, wake up to the smell of flowers, singing birds. Very comfortable, well stocked. Quiet location. Close to town, especially with e-bikes. Hot tub was great. Close to wineries. Looking forward to our next visit!

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. The yard is absolutely gorgeous, we spent every evening sipping on some wine and tipping our toes in the hot tub. Quiet area and close to everything. We would go back and visit again

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. We loved sitting in the back yard, the inside of the house was very clean. Everything was just like the pictures. The location was great. We did a quick & cheap Uber to downtown. There is also a yummy cafe we walked to just two or three blocks away. I would definitely return to this property. Our host was wonderful as well! ;)

Relaxing Napa Retreat

Kat’s house was the perfect spot for our visit to Napa. From the moment we walked in jet lagged and hungry we appreciated the yoga mats to stretch and recover and fresh tomatoes from the garden to refuel ourselves. The gardens are magical. Beds comfortable. And Gigi (as two dog owners) was adorable. The location was perfect for easy drives to downtown Napa, Napa wineries, and even a day in Sonoma. 10/10 would stay again/recommend to others.

A Sanctuary of Tranquility

Kat's home was a Christmas gift that lifted my spirit and soul. Her home is absolutely lovely! From the warmth of natural woods and light to the enchantment of her gardens. The pictures she posts are of one dimension only and understated. And, well GiGi the kitty is great company for any guest traveling solo or as a family, I am sure. All one needs is a small suitcase of clothes and items to produce a gourmet meal in her well stocked kitchen. I am grateful for the time and opportunity to be a guest in her home. Sublime Relaxing Getaway

What a wonderful, tranquil home away from home! The owner is most gracious and accommodating, and the property is very conveniently located, yet very quiet, providing a very comfortable solitude. After a long day biking the Napa Valley, the hot tub was a welcome relief for our sore muscles. The (outdoor) cats are sweet and made us homesick for our own three furry friends. The owner clearly has a passion for gardening, and her yards are beautiful, inviting, and make NOT relaxing impossible! The kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped, whether you wish to cook a multi-course meal or just brew your morning coffee. The house is immaculate yet cozy, with mostly hardwood floors. It is clearly a beloved home, not a constant rental, so plan to coexist with the owner's belongings. If you want peace and quiet for your Napa retreat, look no further.

Fabulous property

We spent a month at Kat's home visiting our daughter and new grandson!! Kat was very responsive to any request that we had. Her home and property is beautiful! If you like to cook - the kitchen is well outfitted (we were a little jealous with some of the equipment!!). The garden and backyard is beautiful and a great place to relax. You'll find the inside well taken care of and very comfortable. The neighbor is quiet and safe. It is a short ride into downtown Napa and there is easy access to major roadways to travel throughout the region. We'd definitely stay again.

Wonderful Napa Home

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. First, it's in a nice little section of Napa, close enough to downtown to walk (if you're into a little exercise), but distant enough not to be disturbed by traffic and activity. The home itself is very comfortable, and has a fantastic kitchen and wonderful family room that looks out into the lovely back yard. The orientation of the home is such that the family room gets lots of light......nice. Our host's notes on caring for the home and working all the systems were detailed and appreciated. Bonus points for the SouthSide Cafe that is a short walk from the home....great and creative breakfast/lunch food! Can't go wrong staying at Kat's House!

Paradise in Napa

Kat’s home offers so much. The kitchen is a dream with high end appliances. Fully stocked for cooking. The atmosphere is so relaxing - my son said he felt so calm waking to the house and amazing outdoor space which becomes another room. My adult children and I explored wine country - everything is so easy to drive to- the cats are another nice addition - very sweet kitties. We had a memorable Xmas holiday and would return in the future.

Fabulous place

Kat's house was excellent! The place was very clean, with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The beds were very comfortable. The SPA was a plus!! There are two cute friendly outdoor cats. There was a Mexican market walking distance. Kat was very responsive with information and answering questions via text and email! We had absolutely no problems with check-in. Kat was a great host, the house was wonderful. The backyard is very nice and the hot tub was great too. We had 2 couples and had plenty of room inside the house. The house is located close to the highway that connects you to all the wineries. Also a short Uber ($8) to downtown. We had a great time and would book it again!

Very charming, clean private home close to downtown Napa. This is my personal home with much attention to detail, quality and obsessively clean. Fully stocked, high end kitchen with spices, oils etc to share. Garden setting is very special and private.
Very close to city of Napa Downtown.
My neighborhood is very quiet with great neighbors.

Quiet location, large private yard with 8 veggie beds and fruit trees to share. Majestic oak and redwood trees. Located south end of Napa Valley so close to downtown Sonoma as well.
