Short beach vacation

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, nice cottage, had everything we needed except an iron and ironing board, will bring my steamer next time . Close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store.

Clean and Lots of Privacy

This cottage was a perfect getaway for us. Super clean and accomodating. Very close to all the areas we enjoy (topsail beach, surf city, north topsail, sneads ferry). Our host was super nice as well. We really enjoyed our trip.

Excellent Accommodations

This is a great place to stay for that home feel stay. Very nice and extremely clean . I loved the small touches left to welcome our stay. The hot tub was an excellent addition.

Peaceful place close to everything!

The property location being close to everything provides flexibility to enjoy the beach but also enjoy some quiet home stay as well. The host is amazing and available if needed. The property was very clean and had all needed amenities. We hope to visit back soon!

Nice place.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated, conveniently located to shopping and not far from the beach. A little bit of road noise but not bad when inside the house. I really appreciated the fact that sheets and towels were provided- one less thing for me to pack.

Sun Dog

Becky, our host, was the epitome of Southern Hospitality! Because we were driving north to Surf City Beach during tropical storm Debby, she even supplied us with alternate routes in case of flooding. This home is cozy, clean and very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return if we are in that area again.

Great little spot for a family.

We stayed here from June 26th through the 29th and Becky the owner was fantastic the whole time. She was able to get us checked in early as we had an early landing flight, and the house was in great condition. The listing is exactly on par with what you will get and Becky is super responsive. You are 15 minutes away from the beach (Shorter without traffic), and just minutes away from just about anything. If we were ever to come back, we would absolutely consider repeating our stay here with my wife, two kids and myself.

Farmhouse feel

Very pleasant place you have, felt very inviting as soon as you walk up on the porch with the porch seating used it alot. House was nicely decorated with beach theme, we liked. Just could go on and on but we wint. Over all. Great stay and would rent again.

Great stay! Cozy, clean, and well thought out.

Overall great stay! Clean, cute home with privacy. Lots of kitchen pots and utensils which makes cooking nice and convenient. Sadly, the beach isn’t walking distance. House sits on a busy highway with no place to walk. And the hot tub heater didn’t seem to be working. But it’s a beautiful area with nearby grocery stores and an awesome steakhouse.

We had a very enjoyable stay and the check in was very easy. The living room furniture looked small and uncomfortable but when we sat down it was fantastic! The place was decorated really cute, they provided a lot of bonus features (towels for hot tub, cushions for patio chairs) and the bathroom was roomy and had great water pressure for the shower. Everything was very clean and the beds were outstanding (I looked at the brand to buy one!). Lots of local dining & shops, and very close to beach access. The only down side for me was it’s a rough spot to pull out of and our gps couldn’t find the place at first. But if your patient the traffic isn’t terrible and we just switched gps apps & had no issues after that. Great host and great place.
