About this property

Enjoy beautiful Lake Burton in our 3 bedroom / 2 full bathroom cottage with all new furniture throughout. We have an additional boat stall, so bring your boat or rent one and enjoy waking up to the beautiful views of both the lake and mountains from the top of our boathouse. Our home is in goldmine landing, which has a neighborhood feel where kids can ride bikes and play games in the yard when you take a break from enjoying time on the lake. The master bedroom has a king bed with memory foam mattress and luxury Serena and Lilly linen bedding. The secondary bedroom offers a queen bed again with a memory foam mattress and luxury linens. Finally, in the bunk room you will find 2 queen bed bunks along with 2 twin bed bunks.
Outside, you’ll have the most incredible lake and mountain view from the top of the boathouse + a large fire pit because no trip to mountains is complete without s’mores in the evening.
In the garage, you’ll find fishing poles, floats to enjoy, plus a paddle board and kids’ kayak. We also have a large Lilly pad to swim and play right outside the back door. Book your stay today!

Cozy renovated cabin

We will be back!

Our family loved our stay at this sweet little house on Lake Burton. Very comfortable beds, plenty of space for the 4 of us to sprawl out. The two story dock was awesome; easy lake access. A 5 minute drive to La Prades (by car). The screened porch was perfect for relaxing after a full day on the water, and the kids really got into playing the giant jenga game at the house. We roasted marshmallows and made s’mores around the fire pit two of the nights we were there. Overall, a wonderful time spent with our favorite people on earth. Thank you, Emily, for being such a gracious host! We loved your lake house, and cannot wait to return!

Excellent property!

This is one of the best VRBOs I have experienced. The home was well located on the lake and well decorated. There were plenty of towels, soap and shampoo, and the furnishings look new. We particularly enjoyed the lake toys and the screen porch, as well as the ability to dock our boat just outside. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome House, Great Neighborhood, Fun Times

Loved the lakehouse! Very cool living area, and the beautiful, large screened-in porch that is right on the water was incredible and relaxing. Comfortable master bed, kids loved the built-in bunk-beds with a tunnel! Only complaint is bathrooms are boring, but they're very clean and usable. The neighborhood is great; it's quiet but you don't feel isolated. And the marina nearby with restaurants and outdoor bar was awesome. The canal is beautiful - great for swimming, fishing, kayaking, or of course boating. Just a great couple days for the family, we'll be back!
