Ideal place to visit NY. Small town atmosphere and only about an hour away from the border to se Niagara Falls. Restaurants were close by as weee grocery stores. If we go back to visit we will absolutely stay here again if available.

If you're feeling lucky, give this a go...the sheets weren't changed and there were multiple hairs on one of the beds, there were dishes in the cupboards that were visibly dirty, the back of the toilet had hairs on it that weren't ours, and the host was very rude in his first response when I asked how to manage the heat. The property had very nice amenities including a hot tub, multiple tvs.

I am definitely not one to bash a guest and I won't start now. What I will say is I have a very very thorough housekeeper who prides herself on my place looking and smelling its best. I know the reason you're trying to say there's things wrong with my house is because I confronted you of the very pungent marijuana smell you left behind which cost me $300 to have someone come in last minute to steam clean so the next guests wouldn't have to endure your ignorance for the rules. The good thing is I contacted VRBO as soon as I encountered the problem and they assured me that action would be taken if necessary

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped for all our needs, outdoor space is great, and hot tub was the perfect way to end the day. Very quiet neighborhood in a cute town. Property owner was quick to respond and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. andsueverythin

Great Experience!

The house was well prepared. We felt immediately welcomed and at home. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with all the basics for our week long stay. The outdoor space was very inviting and comfortable. We were able to use it for a couple of family gatherings. Matt, the property manager, was friendly, responsive and helpful.

Everything was incredibly clean, the rooms were spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable, and we really felt like we were at home. The back patio and man cave were special treats and wonderful places to relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it was nice to interact with neighbors who are friendly. The property is close to the quaint downtown and minutes away from supermarkets and restaurants. The owner is extremely responsive and was a delight to correspond with. This property is truly a home away from home, so much so I caught my wife looking at houses for sale in the area... LOL

All the comforts of home in a quiet neighborhood made for a very relaxing vacation. Was so nice we are hoping we get the chance to come back and rent again for our next vacation. Thank you so very much for allowing us to have a wonderful place to stay!! The host, the home, the hot tub and the quiet neighborhood all get 10 stars in my opinion!!

We came to town for a wedding. With all the stress of that, it was nice to have a place to be able to prepare, and get ready. It was clean and had everything we needed. Was well organized and welcoming.
