This was the perfect spot for our girls trip weekend (3 adults). We were close enough to downtown to walk, but far enough outside of downtown that it was very peaceful and quiet. And there’s designated parking! This property has a balcony that overlooks the parade route so we watched the Zombie Crawl from above, away from the crowd below.

Very nice accommodations for 2 couples. Clean, easy to find. Good parking. Quiet. A lot of stairs, but we did not mind. Loved all the little thoughtful amenities!

The pictures don't do this beautiful place justice! It's unique and decorated nicely. The place was spotless. The upstairs bed is very comfortable. The upstairs balcony was perfect for sitting and enjoying the morning or evening. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet with lots of beautiful historic homes. The only thing we missed was a stove and washer/dryer. But it wasn't much of an issue since we only stayed two nights. Would definitely stay here again!

Was a great place to stay, had everything we needed for our stay and even provided a variety of coffee and snacks. The beds were very comfortable and had an amazing balcony for us to sit and visit and watch people walk to and from downtown Eureka Springs and perfect parking in the back of the house! The house was very clean and comfortable! I would definitely stay here again! Great hostess as well, she was very helpful!

Extremely clean, comfortable, and cozy. I would recommend to anyone looking for a close location to the downtown area but faraway enough for some quiet time at night. You can walk downtown or to the Cresent Hotel in about 10 minutes. The host is very responsive to questions and responds quickly. I will return.

Aspen was very responsive, responding quickly and completely to our messages. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Everything was clean and neat. Only a couple of drawbacks. There are no closets in the bedrooms, so no place to hang clothes. I took a couple of over the door racks and a few hangers with me. Also no hooks to hang wet towels in the bathrooms. Just minor inconveniences that we worked around. The front balcony is a great place to sit with your morning beverage and people watch. It was pleasant even in the heat of September, but a ceiling fan out there would be a nice addition. We would definitely stay there again.
