Newly renovated, completely furnished with everything you need. Plenty of off street parking in very secure location with easy access to all that Vero Beach has to offer. Granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. Free laundry and water. Electricity is included. The Renter pays for and decides their own needs relative to internet/cable. The condo is wired for Comcast Exfinity and AT&T. Located on the canal of Indian river. Clubhouse offers heated pool and facilities. Free boat dock and Kayak ramp. Everything you need to cook gourmet meals. Keurig coffee maker and conventional one. Rent from January 01 to end of April is 3,000 per month. Three month minimum rental. This Condo is located in an HOA. There are a few HOA rules such as no residents under 18 years old.
