With the most popular floor plan on the beach, you can enjoy magnificent views of the world’s most beautiful beaches from every bedroom. The sugar white sand beaches and the shimmering emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are also showcased through the spectacular floor to ceiling windows of this open floor plan from the living room, dining room and the kitchen. This spacious condo is almost 1800 square feet and is located on the 2nd floor allowing easy access via the elevator or the stairs. This desirable end unit overlooks both the gulf and one of the 3 beautiful Polynesian pools of this fantastic resort. Two bedrooms open to the main covered balcony…a great place to watch the sun set over the water. The 3rd bedroom/suite features its own private gulf front balcony.

This unit has been upgraded with new living room and bedroom furniture, including mattresses and bedding. Watch your favorite TV shows and movies (FREE NETFLIX) on the brand new 65” Vizio Smart Flat-screen HD TV in the living room. Plus every bedroom also has new 55" large Samsung flat-screen TV's.

Long Beach Resort boasts over 1,300 feet of white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald waters. Enjoy our 2 beach umbrella chairs reserved just for you....free (available March - Mid-October)! Cool off in the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or in one of the 3 pools on the property. The beautiful, huge Polynesian style Lagoon pool features two tropical islands, complete with waterfalls and palm trees as its centerpiece. The 2 smaller pools are seasonally heated. If you get hungry, try The Hangout Grill located right next to the Lagoon pool. Or if you like, the popular Pineapple Willy’s restaurant is within walking distance. Also, Walmart is conveniently located across the street.

Long Beach Resort is a gated property with 24 hour security. The property is located in the heart of Panama City Beach with easy and quick access to a multitude of other fine restaurants, golf and shopping. Come and enjoy our little piece of paradise.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this condo offer DVD players and coffee/tea makers. ALL 3 rooms open to balconies. Kitchens offer refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and cookware/dishes/utensils.

Wonderful Condo - Our Favorite!!

Once again, this is our favorite condo that we stay at every year with Brad. It is always perfectly clean and ready for our stay with everything you need to make our vacation just perfect! The newly upgrade touches are just beautiful and very clean and luxurious. It truly is a dream vacation on the beach for us. The location is absolutely perfect and we love not having to park in a parking garage and not having to walk in a skywalk from the garage in most other condo complexes, you just come through the security gate and park right in front of the condo. We always use the steps since it's only on the 2nd floor, but the elevators are always very simple and never a wait time. The decorating has a very beach theme feel without over-doing it with clutter. The kitchen is all brand new with cabinets loaded with the right things needed to prepare meals. We LOVE staying here and will be back again next year!

Great time!

We had such a great time here and this condo was just perfect for our family, it was our best vacation so far. The close location to everything is great and the views are just amazing! We will definitely be coming back soon and will stay in this condo again for sure. Brad was also great to work with during the whole process.

Beautiful codo and a great vacation!

We had such a great time staying with you once again, the condo was so clean upon arrival and everything was just perfect. Brad is always so prompt on communication and easy to coordinate the vacation with. The views are just amazing and we loved the 2nd floor location so we didn't have to use the elevators. The new coffee bar area with the large beverage cooler is such a nice addition and very useful! We will be back to stay here again next year!

Perfection

This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a rental. We visit PCB yearly, and always rent through VRBO, but I’ll have to say this year is at the top of my list. The unit was gorgeous, and comfortable. It was clean and allowed all the space and amenities we needed. On top of that, Brad was a joy to work with. He was friendly responsive, and in my opinion went above and beyond to help make this a top notch vacation for our family. We will 100% be renting here again, no doubt!

We are from Missouri, we have always dreamed of owning a condo in PCB so this has been a dream come true for us. We both love all aspects of the outdoors and especially the emerald coast sunsets! We have had so much fun hosting our condo and hearing all of the great memories and stories made here while we are away.

Why they chose this property

The best views in PCB in my opinion. We are a second floor unit which allows very easy access without waiting on elevators. We also have several palm trees outside of our condo which makes the gorgeous view of the emerald coast even better!

What makes this property unique

Our condo is very special and unique because of it being a second floor unit, the access is so easy and you do not have to wait on elevators if you do not want to. The views are absolutely breath taking from every bedroom, window and balcony here. Also, it is fully updated and being freshly painted from floor to ceiling's with all new décor, appliances, coffee bar and more.
