Located at Ocean Ritz Condominiums, this ~1500sf condo comfortably sleeps 8 adults across TWO master suites with full ensuite bathrooms, a third large bedroom with a custom-built adult-size queen-over-king bunkbed capable of accommodating 1500 lbs per bed, a third full-size ensuite bathroom with washer and dryer combo. You will also find a fully stocked kitchen with seating for 10. The living room has a 65" ROKU TV with Blu-Ray player, while each bedroom is equipped with 42-48" TVs, Blu-Ray players, and comfortable bedding (which our guests rave about!). The common areas include a heated beachside pool and jacuzzi situated in a large pool deck with umbrellas, tables and chaise lounges, showers, a grilling station with gas grills and bar seating, and a fitness center with sauna...PLUS a private gated boardwalk to quickly and easily access the powdery sandy beach!

Outside you will have one designated parking space in the covered garage, overflow parking available across the street, NEW high-speed "smart" elevators (commissioned June 2023!), automatic lobby doors, and secure keypad access with unique codes generated specifically for each new guest. The host provides 4 beach towels and a variety of beach toys and chairs, as well as all towels, bedding, soap, shampoo, hairdryers, and paper goods, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest safety.
