Located off of Merchants Path in the estate section of Wainscott on over 2 secluded and private acres at the end of a 1200 foot long driveway. Enjoy the heated pool with surrounding deck and waterfall adjacent to a large sunny yard. Entertain on the 700 square foot back deck over looking the yard and pool and relax as you bike or jog down the private streets with 2-5 acre estates surrounding the home. Plan a dinner party and cook on the gourmet Wolf gas stove, then move into the dining room that accomodates 8 comfortably. Excercise in the finished basement complete with a bowflex, weights, and elliptical machines.
