Beautiful place and wonderful house.

I loved it and plenty of room with both rooms. 2 queens and lots of room and work or playing (gaming) for the kids. We brought our own small TV for that room. King room with bathroom off of it was terrific. Living room and kitchen spacious, comfortable and well supplied with everything we needed. Would stay again and recommend to everyone.

Nice stay in Loveland

We spent a couple of nights here at the start of our week-long Colorado vacation. The location was great--downtown Loveland is nice, it's near a lake and park, and it's a great base for exploring the National Park. The place is clean, roomy, and well-equipped. Highly recommended!

Why they chose this property

This mature neighborhood is anything but boring. Our neighbors fully embrace the midcentury era and honor the amazing detail of these quality construction homes. You can stroll this mature neighborhood along the shaded sidewalks and enjoy the beautiful gardens and architecture. At the end of the neighborhood, you will find one of 3 golf courses. The opposite side of the space takes you along the sidewalk of a major roadway which lands you directly across the street from Benson Sculpture Park and Garden with excellent playgrounds for children, water features, sculptures, walking trails and green space. Just up the street is Lake Loveland with beach and North Lake Park.

This property is the best of both worlds---beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood of beautiful homes and along a busy roadway that will take you to all the hot spots in Loveland and Fort Collins.
