Other amenities include a fish cleaning station, boat docks, boat ramp, exercise room, adult game room, kids game room, Laundry rooms and free community Wi-Fi! Fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, bicycling, dining, and shopping are all nearby. Note: Renters are not allowed to have boats on the property as per Summer Sea Condominium's Rules.

There are 4 restaurants within walking distance. Across the street is the City Hall Cafe which is a great neighborhood hangout! MEAT Eatery and Taproom is just down the street, MM88 . This unique burger joint was voted the Best Burger in Florida in 2014, 3015 and 2016! It was also featured on Food Networks " Diners, Drive ins and Dives"! Marker 88 Restaurant is also a short walk away and has been a Keys Tradition since 1967. This great beachside restaurant has fine dining, live music and amazing sun sets!
