Endless fun and and eternal memories are waiting for you at the Thompson Falls Waterfront vacation rental.
This section of the Clark Fork river is on the Thompson Falls Reservoir, and is more like a lake than a river in the summertime.
Our guests love that they can go boating, fishing, kayaking, water skiing, swimming or any other water-based activity right out the back door!
With over 10 miles of navigable water, you’ll never run out of places to discover and claim as your favorite fishing hole, picnic area, or secluded day-beach.
Bring your own boat or watercraft, or rent one of our kayaks and paddleboards to enjoy watersports or just explore. Or, you can come-as-you-are and jump in for a nice swim or mellow float – it’s up to you!
Then, after a long day of play... step into our four-person hot tub for a relaxing soak and watch the sun paint vibrant colors across the river and mountains.
Then, after supper, gather around the waterside fire pit for stories and s'mores.
With everything there is to do in and around the Thompson Falls area, you'll build memories that last a lifetime.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you use a bed leave it unmade. Otherwise leave clean beds as found.
Put used towels and washcloths in tubs/showers.
Wash all dishes and utensils and put away.
Clean out refrigerator. Leave unopened items if you like.
Empty garbage/trash and place in big bins outside (bag everything, no loose items in large trash bins).
Unplugged toaster, coffee maker, etc.
Make sure sliding glass doors are locked secured.
Check laundry room, closets, and under beds for any clothing and personal items.
Lock the front door on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
