Relax in the master bath big enough for two with a rain showerhead and whirlpool jets. Or take a soak in the hot tub with foot and neck massagers and a waterfall.

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fines (as well as fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM till 8 AM but please be aware that excessive noise at any hour could be actionable. Maximum occupancy is enforceable by fines during quiet hours.

Such a beautiful home!

We took a family trip and had the absolute best time at this home. The layout was perfect, the ho We had great amenities and close to the casinos and sledding! The Property manager was an Angel and made the check in process smooth and enjoyable! My only complaint was the cleaners showing up before our 11:00 check out and waiting in the garage which made us a little rushed. But overall I highly recommend! Thanks for a great Family adventure!

Nice little house.

The house was ok, however it does have some issues that need to be resolved. 1. Smoke alarm goes off constantly. It went off even when frying some eggs!! Very annoying, the neighbor cane over to make sure all was ok. 2. Bottom oven does not work correctly, half way through baking it turned off and the screen said "locked ". 3. Game room has a card table, but no cards 🙂. That was no biggy but thought it was kind of strange.

A good stay!

This house was comfortable and we’d probably stay again. However, there needs to be some maintenance done on a few items in the house (oven knobs, valance in bathroom, recliner chair, bed posts, and some minor cleaning issues). Housekeeping didn’t leave kitchen towels or any sponges to clean dishes or the kitchen table. There was also not enough towels for my family. It seems the housekeeping didn’t finish the job. Property management was not helpful in quick responses nor did they bring more towels. Luckily we are easy going but when you pay to stay somewhere you hope to have what you need. Hot tub and pac-man arcade were a highlight! House was comfortable and if we stayed again, we’d come with a few extra items JUST IN CASE! ;)

Just secluded enough

The space was terrific and well stocked in terms of appliances and cookware. The check in process was dated and a hassle however. We had to drive to the management company office, call an 800 number and they gave us the lockbox number and key. Not sure why they couldn’t have the lockbox at the property and simply text me the check in code like most properties. Plus, the rental company really only communicated through email not the VRBO app which made for a less cohesive experience. My only other critique was the kitchen had extremely few cooking supplies like basic oils, spices and paper towel. We always bring a lot of our own items but there was basically nothing. A lot of the provided amenities felt extremely basic and stingy - one dish towel for ten people for a five day stay, one bath towel per person (no beach towels for the hot tub). It ‘met’ the basic requirements but honestly a couple of extra touches would go a long way as we basically had to buy duplicates of everything. The property was great and clean and we would stay again, but a couple of thoughtful touches and keeping some better supplies on hand would make for a better experience overall.

Open, spacious home with quiet yet convenient location.

The house was great for our family vacation. Plenty of space. Updated amenities. There were some issues with the thermostat, the oven, and the sink, but they were addressed by the maintenance staff in adequate time.
