Place was Okay, but needed cleaning better, grill was unusable also.
This was a PERFECT stay. The house is spacious and so well maintained. There is a ton of room for everyone, multiple bedrooms for privacy if/when needed, and the property is wonderful for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was huge and extremely well stocked with cookware for anyone wanting to make things during their stay. The whole house was impeccably clean and being surrounded by trees on almost all sides made it feel so tranquil and secluded while still being just 10-15 minutes from downtown Asheville. The check-in and check-out process were not complicated and the house had everything we needed for our stay. For the price, it was absolutely worth it and everyone in our group agreed they would stay here again.
We were pleasantly surprised by the condition and the size of the house. This is a great home away from home for anyone traveling to Asheville. The drive is quick into the downtown area and there are plenty of places close by for food and groceries, if needed. We enjoyed our stay very much!
This is a beautiful house. Everything you need was supplied. Enough space to spread out or nice areas to hang out. Close to a grocery store and an easy drive to downtown Asheville.
The house was very spacious and up to date. Good location to places In Asheville. 3 bedrooms upstairs. Main level has living space and great kitchen. Lower level has fourth bedroom.
This house was perfect half way mark for my in-law from Alabama and us from the coast of NC to meet up for a few days during my husbands leave block. The house had everything we needed and was super clean. The house was also in a great location close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we get the chance. Our toddler really loved all the instruments.
Great interior spaces. All furniture and fixtures feel new and very clean. Lots of space and the beds were super comfortable. Kitchen is great and fully appointed. Porches give a good view of the woods. One neighboring structure is quite close to the front door, but once inside and on the porches you feel pretty secluded.Just a few minutes to the highway and really close to downtown. Very easy access. Highly recommended!
We loved our stay here! The 3 adults and 5 kids in our geoup fit comfortably for sleeping and hanging out. The dining area was large enough to fit 13 people for brunch. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates/cups/utencils as well as cutting boards, pots and pans, knives, and serving platters. There were many games, puzzles, and even instruments to choose from to keep everyone occupied! The back patio opened the door to a wooded oasis that was perfect for hanging out in the evenings! This was a perfect oasis close to all things Asheville!
We recently stayed at this property for a holiday meetup with extended family. There were ample bedrooms and bathrooms (very important!) for our group of 8. The house was lovely and cozy- it suited our purposes perfectly. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, coffee pot, paper towels, etc. The bathrooms were also well-stocked with toilet paper and shampoo / conditioner / body wash. The hosts were friendly and available, yet unobtrusive. Overall, a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!
Beautiful home perfect for an extended family. The bedrooms were cozy with comfortable beds and the bathrooms were stocked with all necessities. We also enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and sitting out on the huge deck. The yoga studio was also fun and we felt very relaxed and at home in the rental. The location itself was a little deceiving because it was situated between other unkempt homes. The entrance to the house was not well lit in the dark and the stairs to the porch were steep. We used flashlights at night to get ourselves in the house.

Sorry for any confusion. We repaired the walkway lights that lead from the driveway to the front door and are also installing a privacy fence between the one home we are next to.
This house was pure relaxation. Perfect temperature. House does require use of stairs, but only one flight at a time. Everything we needed was there and there were thoughtful touches and supplies everywhere. Blender, water kettle, coffee pot, toaster/air fryer and microwave, fancy water dispenser but everything was easy and comfortable. My teens loved having their own space including a half bath and I loved the yoga space. Host was available for communication, when needed, which was rare because everyone was comfortable and had all we needed. Would definitely stay again!
Myself and three friends came to Asheville for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. It was a lovely house, spacious rooms and nice amenities. Very clean and decorated very nicely in farmhouse chic style. Beds were really comfortable and we loved the down comforters on the beds. There was just one small issue when we arrived to check in, a bear had gotten into the trash and turned the trash containers over and trash was strewn around on the property. We contacted the owner and the trash was cleaned up right away. The drive to downtown Asheville took about 15 min., which was not bad at all. We had hoped to do a little walking/hiking around the area of the house, but unfortunately the weather was rainy most of our stay and the grounds were really wet, so we didn’t get to check out the area near the house,
but it did look like an area for good hiking. On the not so positive side, some of the neighboring houses close to the this rental are a bit of an eyesore, which is unfortunate. But overall we enjoyed our stay at this lovely home and would come back again.
