Why they chose this property
Location, location, location!
We our in the thick of what's happening in Nashville. Minutes away from all the action yet quiet enough to get from it all.
What makes this property unique
Value is based on scarcity. Just as a rare coin is valuable, 1718 River Drive has a rare / unique view nowhere else in Nashville. In a city where real estate is consumed like a monopoly board game, across the river from my home is an 18 hole golf course never to be developed. I also to mention we sitting right on the Cumberland River Banks with the most spectacular view of Nashville. Our backyard is a sanctuary.
