Extremely dirty and in need of a full renovation. Cobwebs, dust, grime, mold, peeling plaster, exposed outlets, bugs, and just filthy everywhere. One of the bathrooms listed only has a working shower. I understand it is an older, vintage property, but it has been left in what is almost a state of disrepair since presumably the 1980s. It is unfortunate the host has not put in even the most basic of effort to remodel it before renting it out to unsuspecting guests. A shame as it is architecturally a beautiful house. Only perks were size and location.

The house is a beautiful historic home in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Milwaukee. One who has an appreciation for historic preservation and architecture will certainly enjoy this property and community. I am sorry the last reviewer had a disappointing experience that was not relayed to me until after they enjoyed the property. The photos on the site are exactly as the house is today. I have a lot of pride in the preservation of this historic house.
