Welcome to our mountain home. We bought this house in Big Bear to spend some time together with family and friends. Big Bear was the perfect choice because of our love of the outdoors, trail riding and skiiing/snowboarding. It's a quick drive from LA, the desert cities and not far from airports.
Why they chose this property
Moonridge was our first choice of neighborhoods because of it's quiet and secluded nature while still being within 5 minutes drive of Bear Mountain Resort. We're located in lower Moonridge which gives us a bit quicker access to the drive over to the village or Summit.
What makes this property unique
Our property is a bit newer than the vintage properties in the area but with just as much charm.
One of the unique aspects of the property are the two massive decks that face Bear Mountain. The upper deck is adjacent to the kitchen living area while the lower deck sits off the game room and contains the spa.
When we have a houseful of folks, the decks and 3 floors give everyone the chance to hangout or seek some quiet space.
