This is a great property; excellent location, beautiful views, plenty of parking, well stocked kitchen (both cookware and cooking supplies), loads of things for kids to play with and lots of beds. Be forewarned that only the full, queen and king beds will be made in advance; all twins have bedding folded on them to be made by the guests. We would love to stay again.

The home was clean and in very nice condition. Everything we needed was there. I like how the host showed pictures of full cupboards and drawers in the description so we felt confident in what was provided. The location of the house was ideal for activities and meals in Yachats and Newport.

Enjoyed our stay what a beautiful spot on the bay and shoreline. Home was comfortable .

Great place to stay. Recommend it for a cool beach getaway for a large crowd. Will keep this place on our list to return to.

We loved it! Loved the big open beach that we had almost all to ourselves.

It was simple to rent and the host had well written instructions and great tips for things to do and places to shop.
