New to VRBO, but have many 5 star reviews elsewhere (and are super hosts!). Bright, open garden level duplex home with private entrance & private patio/yard. Spacious open concept living room and kitchenette. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and queen beds. Washer /dryer in unit. Newer laminate flooring and carpet. Amazing location!- Walk to Castle Rock hike, park, bike path, 3 minutes drive to I-25, groceries, downtown CR, restaurants and more! Fast WiFi, comfortable furnishings, and responsive hosts!

This house is just one block away from the Rock Hike and a park/ playground. It is also a very short drive to the historic downtown area, festival parks, outlet malls, and centrally located to both highway exits. You will love this unique area, centrally located in a quiet developed neighborhood.
