We are not responsible for forgotten items. We will keep found items in the storage. please contact us to pick up. We won’t be able to ship.

Absolutely NO PARTIES Failure to adhere to this rule will result in guests being vacated from the home by the Police, and rental income will not be refunded.

SUPPLIES: Only the initial items will be available at the house. It is the guests’ responsibility to purchase all supplies that they'll consume or use during the stay. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc.
