Great fishing or swimming hole in front of the home. Easy river access for canoeing, kayaking or tubing.
A firepit by the river for roasting marshmallows or hot dogs. Relax on the large open deck while taking in the mountain views and sounds of the river.
Unwind in the hot tub on the covered porch while enjoying the mountain vistas. Lots of natural lighting in the greatroom with double sided stone-wood burning fireplace comfortable seating and 43" Flatscreen Smart TV with YouTube TV, DVD (and movies) and wireless internet. Dining for 9 and fully equipped kitchen.
Main level offers bedroom w/ queen bed and bedroom with 2 sets of bunks.
Upper Level: Large master bedroom w/queen bed, En Suite full bath with shower, 32" Smart TV with YouTube TV and game loft with foosball table on the upper level.
Located just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, West Jefferson for shopping and dining, Church of the Frescoes and convenient to Boone.
Firewood provided for interior woodburning fireplace October-March ONLY.
