We enjoyed our stay so much, and we will definitely be returning. We visit the NC Mountains a couple of times a year, and this is one of our top cabins! The amenities are endless, and the process seamless. Pet friendly while in perfect condition.

The cabin was just perfect! We so enjoyed mornings and evenings on the expansive back porch overlooking trees and the river below. The property was well-maintained, private, and quiet. The cabin was beautiful with comfortable beds, large bathrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen. The gas logs were realistic looking and added a coziness. The wi-fi signal was strong. There was not one single thing we found lacking and we highly recommend this property. Jeff, our host, popped over to say hello one afternoon and was so pleasant. We hope to stay here again!

Great cabin and host

We loved being on the river and made several tubing trips from the Rt.163 boat launch down to the exit where our cabin was. Also, the quaint little town of West Jefferson is always a fun experience.

Hello. This is a fantastic mountain cabin. The views are absolutely stunning and the back porch is perfect. Wonderfully cozy vacation.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at what we called the ‘cozy cabin’. The location was great. Nicely tucked away in nature but still not too far from stores for picking up groceries and such. Everything was super clean and we had a great time on vacation.

Spring Break

Great mountain house, very clean, nicely secluded but also close to everything. Me and and my family stayed for a week and had a blast. I’ve stayed at several VRBO’s similar to this in the area and this by far was the best.
