Excellent house located approximately 100 meters from the beach, near the square with football court, volleyball, toys and fitness equipment. There are 2 blocks to bakery and mini market.
-The house has two floors.
On the first floor the house has living room and kitchen, laundry area and barbecue.
Second floor consists of 3 suites, two of them with double bed and the third with 2 single beds, one double, with the exception of a double bed, the others are box.

-The sea can be seen from all parts.

-Part of your outer area is fenced. There is parking for cars.

-The house is furnished and has: clothes washer, 32 'TV, DVD, duplex refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, white crockery, wine glasses, sparkling wine, stainless pots, beach chairs, pillows and covers beds, etc.
